Thank you for being part of IntelliShop's team!   We hope you enjoy working with our company.  We are committed to taking exceptional care of our evaluators, just as we do our clients.  Should we ever fail to deliver on this commitment to you, please let us know immediately.

We want you to know that, as part of our mission to provide the highest levels of quality and integrity to our clients in every aspect of our services, we expect a lot of our evaluators. 

Some of what we expect from our evaluators include:

• Being accurate and honest in all areas of your work for us. 
• Completing all assignments you commit to for us.
• Being completely prepared for each assignment prior to starting it.
• Thoroughly understanding all client requirements for each assignment you have accepted.
• Unbiased, objective reporting of the highest integrity.
• Providing highly detailed reports that stick to the facts as observed, without subjective or opinionated comments (unless specifically requested to do so).
• Submitting reports the same-day you complete your assignment, or within a maximum of 12 hours of completing the evaluation.
• Responding quickly (same-day) and professionally if we contact you to clarify a report you've submitted.
• Submitting any required paperwork (receipts, invoices, etc.) by the deadlines you are given and agree to in advance.
• When you contact us to ask questions, clarify payment status, etc., be friendly and professional in your dealings with us.

When you accept an assignment from our company, the Field Staff Coordinator ("FSC" or "Scheduler") who originally contacted you will be your contact at IntelliShop for any questions or issues that arise with that assignment.  If you accept assignments for more than one of our clients, you may deal with more than one FSC, as they are assigned by-client, not by-evaluator.
