IntelliShop - The Quality Leader
Our goal is not to be the biggest company in our industry; it's to be the best. We understand that each evaluation report we submit to a client must withstand a high degree of scrutiny throughout many levels of their organization. We frequently review and challenge our processes to assure that we always have the latest techniques for robust quality assurance measures.
Just a few of our robust quality assurance measures include:
- It all starts with program design. We consult with our clients to assure that the way that their programs are setup promotes quality and integrity in the evaluation reporting process.
- Each report is screened for several types of validations prior to being approved for distribution.
- Each report is read word-for-word and score-for-score by one of our experienced and highly trained proofreaders, prior to being approved for distribution.
- Evaluators are graded on a specifcally-defined scale of 1-10 following each report they submit to us. Those grades are retained in our system, averaged each time a new report is submitted, and our schedulers see those "live" when deciding whom to offer shop assignments to.
- Our comments are real. Some competitors now use "drop down menus" of pre-scripted comments, and force their evaluators to select from these when describing their experiences; they are not allowed to enter comments in their own words. IntelliShop will never use such methodologies, as we don't believe those reports can accurately depict precisely what was observed during any customer experience. Our reports contain highly detailed comments, in the evaluator's own words, that describe exactly what they observed during their evaluations. Does this make it more difficult to execute? Yes. Does it make the reports more "real" and of greater value to our clients? Absolutely.
- If there's a question about something found in a report, we guarantee our clients no more than 24 hours before it is completely researched and resolved.
- Our quality process includes a tracking system that monitors all steps of the reporting process, so that if an error does occur, we know exactly who was involved with scheduling, shopping, and reviewing that evaluation report from start to finish, and we work with them to re-educate them on correct processes and protocols.
- Detailed records are kept for all evaluators and quality assurance staff, allowing us to continuously monitor quality levels and strive for perfection in each report.
