Customer satisfaction surveys provide valuable insight into what your customers think and feel about their experiences with your company.  Though vastly different from the type of information you can receive with mystery shopping programs, as with that type of research, the information reported is highly informative and able to be used to improve the customer experience.  IntelliShop offers customer satisfaction survey programs as either stand-alone programs, or in conjunction with a mystery shopping program.  We would be glad to provide consultation on which type of research would best suit your needs.

In keeping with our philosophy of customizing each program for each client's needs, we offer many methodologies for capturing customer feedback; all reporting is captured in InSite™, our industry-leading web-based reporting system.

  • Interactive Voice Response (IVR) - provide your customers with a toll-free phone number to call, and they are then led through a series of questions and use the telephone keypad to answer.  Can also include capturing voice comments, and immediate service-recovery notifications to front-line managers.
  • Outbound Telephone - our "live" callers can phone your customers directly for a more personalized approach to these programs.
  • Onsite Exit Interviews - our field force includes people who can be stationed outside your locations, to ask customers to take a brief survey onsite.
  • Web-based - we can setup a form with a unique URL (web address) for your customer to log into, and take a survey. 
  • E-mail - provide us with your customer email database and we will send them a survey, and monitor response rates, etc.
