* Onsite audits provide a comprehensive and more in-depth evaluation than mystery shop evaluations allow for. You gain credibility by using IntelliShop as an independent, third-party company. This saves your staff considerable time, and allows them to focus on other aspects of their responsibilities.
* Verify marketing materials and/or signage placement, merchandising audits, asses the image/appearance of your locations, as well as safety, maintenance, insurance and many other issues.
* Visits can remain unannounced until auditor arrives at location, or can be communicated in advance.
* Can include digital photographs, embedded directly in the web-based audit report you'll receive, and can be burned onto CD's.
* A detailed report is provided within 24-48 hours of each visit. A basic "checklist" report can be left with the manager immediately at the conclusion of the shop as well.
* If you have staff who currently conduct field audits, and do not want to outsource the entire function, we can create online forms for them to use to submit their reports, which will save considerable time, speed up the report-turnaround process, and allow you to use all the summary reports that are in our system.
