In addition to using our experienced in-house callers to evaluate your business on the telephone, we can now also utilize locally-based "mystery callers" throughout the U.S. and Canada and can record their calls digitally.  For those companies where local dialects, geographical knowledge, and other such factors are important, this is a tremendous step forward.

IntelliCalls

IntelliShop was the first company in our industry to digitally record phone calls and provide them the same-day to our clients, and we are still the recognized industry leader in phone-based mystery shopping programs.  We assist companies in more than 25 industries to evaluate their telephone customer service, sales skills, problem resolution, and their competition.

Callers follow a typical phone-inquiry script, whether it's a customer service issue, a new sales call with product ordering included, a product inquiry call, or any other scenario you wish to evaluate.  Calls can be digitally recorded, and linked directly in a scored call report, so you can view the report while listening to the actual call.  No special software or downloads are required.  Reports are distributed the same-day the calls are placed (after being review by our quality assurance teams).  As with our onsite mystery shopping programs, more than 40 pre-formatted summary reports are instantaneously updated in InSite™ each time an evaluation is approved by our quality assurance teams.

Simply put: this a service any business can and should use, regardless of your industry or who your customers are.  The telephone is usually the first impression someone has with your company, and if calls aren't handled professionally and correctly, it may be the last.  Digitally recorded call-ins provide a great training and motivational tool for your staff.
