When you accept an assignment from our company, the Field Staff Coordinator ("FSC" or "Scheduler") who originally contacted you will be your contact at IntelliShop for any questions or issues that arise with that assignment. If you accept assignments for more than one of our clients, you may deal with more than one FSC, as they are assigned by-client, not by mystery shopper.
